1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StudoChart. By creating an account or using the StudoChart mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StudoChart is an academic platform that helps students and teachers share, organize, and access academic study materials:

  • Viewing and uploading PDF study materials
  • Organizing content into personal folders
  • Taking quizzes to test knowledge
  • Tracking academic marks and progress
  • Sharing folders with classmates

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Providing false academic information or impersonating another person may result in immediate account suspension.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

StudoChart relies on user-uploaded content. By uploading any content (PDFs, notes, messages), you agree strictly to the following rules:

  • Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: You will not upload any content that is sexually explicit, hateful, abusive, violent, harassing, illegal, or that violates anyone's intellectual property rights.
  • Right to Remove Content: We maintain a rigorous content moderation system. We reserve the right to review, flag, and remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
  • Reporting and Blocking: Any user can report inappropriate content or block abusive users within the App. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
  • Account Termination: Users who repeatedly violate the UGC policy will have their accounts permanently banned.

5. Intellectual Property

The StudoChart app, its design, logo, and original source code are our intellectual property. Content uploaded by users remains the property of the original creators. StudoChart does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content but requires a license to display it within the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the App
  • Create multiple fake accounts or attempt to game the badging system
  • Use the App for commercial spam or unauthorized advertising

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Our data collection, usage, and account deletion policies are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using StudoChart, you consent to the data practices described there.

8. Disclaimers

StudoChart is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-uploaded content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudoChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will send a notification if major changes occur.
